However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us promptly and we will remedy the issue, give a refund, or provide a credit that may be used to future LegalTaxPert transactions.
Login to iCFO Portal and open a ticket for the engagement if you are unhappy with the service to commence the refund procedure. All assistance tickets are examined by Senior Management, who react personally between 24 to 48 hours.
After logging onto iCFO Platform, refund requests may be made. To seek a refund, please ask the relevant engagement manager for a refund in the appropriate chat room. All refund claims must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. Requests for refunds made more than 60 days after conclusion of service / change of service will not be honored; only credits will be issued. We will finish processing your refund request within four to five weeks after obtaining all the necessary information, such as the reason for the refund, the bank account information for processing the request, etc.
If you want to swap the service you bought for a different one, you must submit a request within 60 days after the original purchase. The original service’s purchase price will be reimbursed to your LegalTaxPert account, less any earned fees and money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any third parties having a role in completing your order. You may use the remaining credit towards any other legaltaxexpert service.
LegalTaxPert provides a basic price structure in which no extra service fees are charged under any circumstances. The standard pricing policy does not, however, apply to an increase in the total fee paid by the client to LegalTaxPert due to an increase in government fees or fees incurred by the client for the completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. LegalTaxPert is not responsible or accountable for any extra costs paid by the customer in relation to the fulfillment of the service.
We are unable to guarantee the outcomes or conclusion of any specific surgery. For example, the government may reject a trademark application for legal grounds beyond the scope of LegalTaxPert’s service. In certain instances, a government backlog or issues with government platforms (e.g., MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) may result in lengthy delays until your procedure is finalized. Likewise, LegalTaxPert does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services provided by our Associates on the Nearest.Expert platform, who are not LegalTaxPert employees. Problems beyond our control are not covered by this guarantee and are not eligible for a refund. Consequently, the Government’s delay in completing your case cannot constitute a basis for a reimbursement.
LegalTaxPert shall not be considered in violation of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or in default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority.
Since LegalTaxPert is spending expenditures and devoting time, labor, technological resources, and effort to your service or document production, our satisfaction guarantee only covers LegalTaxPert-caused causes of dissatisfaction, not changes in your circumstances or state of mind. In the event that you request us to delay the processing of a service, we will hold the charge on your account until you are prepared to initiate the service.
Prior to issuing any refund, we have the right to make every attempt to finish the service. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the earned fee plus the cost paid to the government. In the event of a change in service, the cancellation charge is waived.
